From Tuesday, 18 April 2022 we kicked-off the three days training on intellectual property and Innovation commercialisation.

The training were organised for the new cohort that will be joining GRID Innovation hub under Center of Excellence in Energy and Sustainability hosted by the University of Rwanda.

On last day of our training on intellectual property and Innovation commercialization, we paid courtesy visit to the Norrsken Entrepreneurship Hub in Kigali

Our Executive Director, Mr. Bertin Niyigaba was invited by Inter– University Council for East-Africa (IUCEA) to be a panelist during the 12th Academia Public Private Partnership and Exhibition taking place from 15 to 17 March, 2023 in Dares Salaam, United republic of Tanzania.

He spoke in SESSION 7: Sub-Theme: “Intellectual Property (IP) Management and Harnessing Cultural Heritage and Indigenous Knowledge”

Our Executive Director Mr. Bertin Niyigaba is currently in Atlanta, USA where he is attending the United States Intellectual Property annual event under the invitation of United State IP Alliance (USIPA).

This is a three days event starting from 19th to 21st October, 2022 and were organized by United State IP Alliance (USIPA) and Georgia IP Alliance (GIPA).

During this event, it was an absolute occasion of meeting Prof. Jay Erstling, Board Chairperson of AIIPITT.
